Do I need a new roof?
If your roof is
close to 10 years old, you should probably have it
inspected. We would be happy to come out and look at your
roof. Contact us today,
we provide FREE ESTIMATES.
How long does it
take to complete a new roof?
Like any roofing project, the time
to complete it always depends on the scale and difficulty
involved. When
contracted to put a new roof on your home, Roofer Inc. will
completely inform you of how long will take and why. We feel
it is in your best interests and our best interests to keep
you fully informed of every aspect of the roofing project.
How is proper ventilation for
my house determined?
Because every home is
different, the proper ventilation for that home will depend on
the standards that are acceptable to the Industry and
individual factors based on the design of your home. Roofer
Inc. will provide the best ventilation possible based on your
home's size and design. We urge all clients to ask questions
regarding any project that we are hired work on. We will be
glad to provide all the necessary information to insure that
the work is done professionally and efficiently.
Why should I Ice Guard my
roof?
Ice Guard will provide extra
protection to the wood on your roof and therefore protect it
from future problems resulting from ice damage.
You see, when snow and ice melt,
trapped water can penetrate and harm the roof deck and
interior. What we do is install Ice Guard under shingled
roofing to stop water damage from occurring because of ice
build up.
Will my home be
safe while my old roof is being torn off?
Roofer Inc. understands how
important it is to each client that their home be fully
protected while their roof is being torn off. We take extra
measures to ensure that all the old materials are removed and
taken from the clients location. Every aspect of the client's
home and property will be protected, including landscaping and
lawn.
If you have any additional
questions you would like to ask us, please feel free to
